Food:
* Chicken Caprese Sandwiches / Small Handheld w/ grilled chicken (cold), fresh mozzarella, pesto, tomato, arugula, balsamic glaze
* Italian Sub / small handheld w/ capicola, salami, mortadella, provalone, lettuce, tomato, red onion, yellow mustard, sides of giardiniera
* Veggie Sandwich / small handheld w/ grilled zucchini, grilled squash, red onion, roasted red pepper, hummus
I could be wrong that the food will be outstanding, but I doubt it. No, not a buffet line with carved prime rib but fresh food that should be well received.
